Instead of purchasing a new decor piece, you can replace only the damaged parts at a minimal cost. Here’s how it works:

Submit a Request: Reach out to us on WhatsApp with the item details and photographs of the damaged part.

Coconut Shell Lampshades: For replacing coconut shell balls, simply specify the design and quantity needed. An advance payment covering the maintenance charge will be required to begin the process.

Damaged Mirrors: Pack the mirror carefully, ensuring there are no loose shards or chips, as these can damage the packaging or cause injury. An advance payment (covering labor and return courier costs) is required before sending the item.

Payment Process:
- The initial payment will cover labor and shipping charges.
- Once the repair or replacement is complete, we will request the remaining payment.
- Upon receiving the full payment, we will promptly dispatch your item.
